Medication-Assisted Treatment

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for Opioid & Alcohol Use Disorders

Our team of three psychiatric nurse practitioners provides Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for individuals living with substance use disorders. Services include comprehensive medication evaluation, monitoring, and ongoing adjustments to support recovery, reduce cravings, and help prevent relapse.

We support individuals with co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders through an integrated approach to care.

MAT services are coordinated with counseling and behavioral health therapy to provide a comprehensive, person-centered path toward recovery and long-term wellness.

Our program includes:

  • Suboxone (buprenorphine/naloxone) for opioid use disorder
  • Naltrexone (oral) and Vivitrol (extended-release injectable naltrexone) for alcohol use disorder
  • Confidential, judgment-free care
  • New patient evaluations, ongoing management, or referrals
  • Individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals
  • Frequent follow-up visits for support and medication management
  • Coordination with behavioral health and counseling services
  • A recovery-focused, patient-centered approach

If you or someone you know is ready to begin the path toward recovery, Lifecare is here to support every step of the journey.
